Q: Can I buy a gun online?

A: Yes! It’s simple. Select the firearm you want to purchase. Add it to your cart, enter in your information, specify your local gun dealer you’d like it to be shipped to in the shipping address field. If you are unsure which local dealer to use, click on the “FFL” tab on the main screen. Your dealer will fax or email a copy of their FFL license: 888-554-5517; spencer@swubtactical.com. Be sure that your name or order number is referenced on the copy of the FFL license. Once we have the dealer’s information, we’ll ship the firearm. Upon approval of the background check, you’ll be able to take the firearm home. Most dealers charge a small fee for their services in the transfer, generally about $25. Q: What if I don’t see what I want?

A: So many guns to choose from, it can be confusing. Feel free to contact our staff, we can assist you in finding that perfect weapon for you.

Q: How are orders shipped?

A: We ship our orders via USPS, UPS and FedEx Ground. All in-stock items will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days from when you place your order, depending on your location. All guns are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Orders containing ammunition require an adult signature at delivery. Costs are as follows: Handguns are $15, rifles vary depending on weight. We do not inflate shipping costs.

Q: What if I am not happy with my order?

A: All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Firearms are non-returnable, if they’ve left the FFL premise. If you leave the FFL with the firearm and discover defects in the weapon, you will need to contact the manufacturer. If your background check is denied, and we approve the return, you will need to pay for the return shipping and 15% restocking fee. We do not reimburse transfer fees for any reason.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We ship within the United States and to FFL dealer only.
